HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Just wanted to write a quick note and tell everyone Happy New Year!! I can't believe that in just three months Maddie will be a year old!! Just a few quick notes about our holidays. First of all the weekend of the 13th my sister Shelli graduated college so we flew down to Louisana for that (my mom, angie, mandy, me and maddie). Then the whole following week and into christmas we were all battling sinus infections! Scott's brother Jeff from Texas came home for Christmas this year!! We enjoyed his visit very much. We moved into our new house and have no internet or cable there until the 8th. I will put pictures up of it as soon as possible. We celebrated not only my dad's birthday but my birthday as well over the holidays and my mom's is in a few days!! Here are some photos of our holidays....

NEW HOUSE!!!

As most of you know, Scott and I have been looking for a house of our own for a little while now. Well, today we saw the house we could see ourselves in, we put in a bid verbally through our agent and with little negotiation the seller accepted!! We went back to the office and signed paperwork tonight. Pending on a few things (water tests, septic test, and home inspection) the house is ours and we will close before Christmas!! Haloween Parade

Maddie went as a pumpkin for her first Haloween and she was a huge hit as usual!! Dolores and I took her to the Haloween Parade in Kittanning tonight and Maddie won $10, the individual first prize!! Grandma dressed as a scarecrow to pull her wagon. Here are some pictures to show what a good time we had....

Today Mommy went shopping and bought me my first pair of jeans, two new shirts, a new hat, and new shoes. I thought they were great....

and so did Beau....

I love drinking out of cups now.....

and chewing on them....

I also learned how to give hugs and when Daddy got home today I gave him a great big one!!!

Latest Pictures & update

Here are several pictures from the last few weeks. Maddie had a Dr. appt on Oct 3rd and got her shots and weighed in at 17.13 lbs. That weekend she also had her first sleepover at Granny and Pup-pup's all by herself. The first night was a little rough but she loved her stay!! The jumper-roo was a huge hit!! That weekend Scott and I ran in the Army 10 miler and we both finished! We both had doctor's appointments last week and were diagnosed with planter fistialtis (bruising of muscles and tendons in our feet). We are both feeling much better now! Maddie is growing so fast, she rolls from one side of the room to the other depending where the dogs are and gets more and more of her personality every day! I am working on taking some Haloween pictures outside but it has rained so much lately I might just take some inside. Hopefully I will get those done and put up later this week.
